Our Company provides top quality, custom cut, dry-aged natural beef products to gourmet restaurants, distributors and retail customers. All of the cattle in our beef program are raised in Oregon, and are certified artificial-hormone and antibiotic free. Our cattle are fed an all vegetarian diet, with absolutely no animal or meat by-products. Our beef is dry aged, and minimally processed, which gives it a distinct and rich flavor, along with tenderness, that cannot be matched by normal standards.
All of our beef is USDA inspected. Our butchers, custom cut all of our beef to customer specification. There are absolutely no additives in our products. Our pride in our product lends us to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We want our customers, and their customers, to have the best beef and service that we can provide.
